Training and Coaching on the Sunshine Coast

We Tri offers training and coaching for Swimmers, Cyclists, Runners, Triathletes, as well as those wanting to improve strength and cardio fitness, lose weight, and generally feel great about themselves.

We believe that exercise is the best medicine, and endurance exercise is just a bigger, better dose!

We don’t require any club membership to get started with us, members of other tri clubs and visiting athletes are very welcome at any of our sessions (bookings required of course).

We Swim

We take an approach that takes into account your current level of ability, injury history, and goals to help you become a better swimmer.

We Bike

We provide a supportive enviroment to get you on the way to being a better, fitter cyclist.  Structured and social sessions available.

We Run

We take an approach that takes into account your current level of ability, injury history and goals to help you become a better runner.

We Train

We train to get stronger, lose weight, and prevent injuries, we want you to get the most out of your body, and having a strong, balanced, injury free body is a great start to a healthy life..

We Plan

Fail to plan and you’re planning to fail!  We offer training plans that take into account your individual goals and needs.  No two athletes are the same, and no two training plans should be either.  Every training plan we produce is individually customised to suit the athlete.

This is the general group timetable, always check our online bookings page for any last minute updates or cancellations!  Please note, bookings are ESSENTIAL!

04:55am Long Run departing from the Kawana Surf Club.

    • Free Entry, run at your own risk.

06:00pm Swim Squad at USC Pool.

    • $12.50 squad entry + $4.00 pool entry.
    • You MUST book in via SMS or online.

04:55am Hills Ride departing from the Palmwoods Gravel Carpark.

    • Free Entry, ride at your own risk.
    • You MUST be a Triathlon Australia member to join.

06:00pm Strength Squad at We Tri Clubhouse (or follow programme). 

    • $12.50 squad entry.  
    • You MUST book in via SMS or online.

05:15am Run Squad at Sunshine Coast Athletics Track with Coach Kate Maslen (Coach Kate's Speed Squad).

    • $12.50 general entry  

06:00pm Swim Squad at USC Pool.  

    • $12.50 squad entry + $4.00 pool entry.
    • You MUST book in via SMS or online.

04:55am TT Ride departing from the Brisbane Road Carpark, Mooloolaba.

    • Free Entry, ride at your own risk.
    • You MUST be a Triathlon Australia member to join.

05:30pm Speed Run departing from the Loo With A View, Mooloolaba with Coach Aaron.

    • $12.50 general entry

05:30am Ins and Outs at The Spit, Mooloolaba Beach.

    • Free - swim at your own risk.
    • You MUST be able to swim 1km minimum to attend this session.

06:00pm Second Gym Session

04:55am Uncoached Long Ride departing from the Brisbane Road Carpark, Mooloolaba + 30 minute Brick Run.
