Training and Coaching on the Sunshine Coast

We Tri offers training and coaching for Swimmers, Cyclists, Runners, Triathletes, as well as those wanting to improve strength and cardio fitness, lose weight, and generally feel great about themselves.

We believe that exercise is the best medicine, and endurance exercise is just a bigger, better dose!

We don’t require any club membership to get started with us, members of other tri clubs and visiting athletes are very welcome at any of our sessions (bookings required of course).

We Swim

We take an approach that takes into account your current level of ability, injury history, and goals to help you become a better swimmer.

We Bike

We provide a supportive enviroment to get you on the way to being a better, fitter cyclist.  Structured and social sessions available.

We Run

We take an approach that takes into account your current level of ability, injury history and goals to help you become a better runner.

We Train

We train to get stronger, lose weight, and prevent injuries, we want you to get the most out of your body, and having a strong, balanced, injury free body is a great start to a healthy life..

We Plan

Fail to plan and you’re planning to fail!  We offer training plans that take into account your individual goals and needs.  No two athletes are the same, and no two training plans should be either.  Every training plan we produce is individually customised to suit the athlete.

Group Timetable

This is the general group timetable, always check our online bookings page for any last minute updates or cancellations!  Please note, bookings are ESSENTIAL!

4:55am Zone 2 Long Run

- Location: Kawana Surf Club towards Currimundi and back.

- Duration: 90 minutes.

- Entry Fee: Free, run at own risk.

9:15am OR 6:00pm Swim Squad

- Location: USC Pool.

- Duration: 60 minutes.

- Entry Fee: $12.50 squad entry + $4.00 pool entry.

4:55am Hill Ride Repeats

- Location: Palmwoods Gravel Carpark to Monville and back.

- Duration: 90 minutes.

- Entry Fee: Free, ride at your own risk.

* Please note - You MUST be a Triathlon Australia member to join.

6:00pm Strength Squad

- Location: We Tri Clubhouse (or follow programme).

- Duration: 60 mintues.

- Entry Fee: $12.50 squad entry.

* Please note - You MUST book in via SMS or online.

5:15am Run Squad

- Location: Sunshine Coast Athletics Track at USC with Coach Kate Maslen (Coach Kate's Speed Squad).

- Duration: 60 mintues.

- Entry Fee: $12.50 general entry.

9:15am OR 6:00pm Swim Squad

- Location: USC Pool.

- Duration: 60 minutes.

- Entry Fee: $12.50 squad entry + $4.00 pool entry.

4:55am TT Ride

- Location: Mooloolaba, departing from the Brisbane Road Carpark.

- Duration: 90 minutes.

- Entry Fee: Free Entry, ride at your own risk.

* Please note - You MUST be a Triathlon Australia member to join.

5:30pm Speed Run

- Location: Sunshine Coast Athletics Track at USC with Coach Aaron.

- Duration: 60 minutes.

- Entry Fee: $4.00 Track Entry + $12.50 run squad fee.

5:30am Ins and Outs Training

- Location: The Spit, Mooloolaba Beach.

- Duration: 45 minute swim.

- Entry Fee: Free - swim at your own risk.

* Please note - You MUST be able to swim 1km minimum to attend this session.

4:55am Noosa TT Ride + 30 minute Brick Run

- Location: Mooloolaba, departing from the Brisbane Road Carpark.

- Duration: 3 hour ride + 30 minute run.

- Entry Fee: Free Entry, ride at your own risk.

* Please note - You MUST be a Triathlon Australia member to join.

 

4:55am Palmwoods Hills Ride + 30 minute Brick Run

- Location: Palmwoods, departing from the Palmwoods Gravel Carpark.

- Duration: 3 hour ride + 30 minute run.

- Entry Fee: Free Entry, ride at your own risk.
